WOR's Evening at Kil-Kare Dragway Test & Tune

WOR’s having a group outing Thursday evening, October 27th, to Kil-Kare’s Dragway for some competition and prizes among WOR competitors. It’s the last Test & Tune of the season, so now’s your chance to test out your vehicle if you’ve been thinking about it. See what it can do on the 1/4 mile or just come and watch your fellow WOR members compete.
WOR will be setting up a tent between
5pm and 8pm to hand out information and to use as a
meeting location for our members. For those interested in racing, we will be
holding a contest to determine the fastest drag strip racers among our group.
Prizes will be awarded! Look for the WOR
tent with banners set up either by the souvenir stand or the photo shack.
If you will be racing, pre-registration is required here on MotorsportsReg for the contest preparation. No pre-pay. Registration closes the 26th at 11:59pm. Pay only Kil-Kare at the event. Bring CASH because I do not know if they take credit cards. $5 General Admission per car, $20 Tech Card Fee (only if racing). Concession stand will be open, so bring money or pack some food since its dinner time. And bring your driver’s license and your helmet just in case they require it based on the speed of your vehicle. If you want to hang out at the tent, bring your camp chair, otherwise sit in the bleachers and watch the action up close. On-site registration & tech inspection information will be given at the event.
